StonkStack docs
How launching, fees and payouts work on StonkStack, in plain English, for the people who launch coins and the people who hold them. Everything here describes what the site does today. Numbers are read from the same settings the site runs on.
Not financial advice. Payouts come from trading fees and depend on volume. Nothing on this page promises any price or outcome.
1.What StonkStack is
StonkStack is a launchpad on StonkFun. A coin launched here is created on StonkFun through Raydium LaunchLab and paired with SOL. People buy and sell it on StonkFun, against SOL. There is no trading on this site: no swap, no order book, and StonkStack never holds your coins or your SOL.
What StonkStack adds is where a coin's creator fees go. Every coin launched here gets a fee wallet of its own, which StonkStack operates for that coin only. The creator picks, once, at launch, what that wallet does with the fees: pay the coin's holders in stock tokens or SOL (dividends), split them between up to 5 wallets (fee split), or buy the coin back and burn it (buyback and burn). That choice can never be changed.
For creators, the site is the launch page. For holders, it is each coin's page: the fee mode, every fee that arrived, every round that paid, and a button that readies your wallet for stock payouts.
2.Launching a coin
The launch page is four steps over one form. Nothing is uploaded or reserved until every check has passed.
- 1Fee mode. Dividends, fee split, or buyback and burn (the default). This is the one thing you cannot change later, so it comes first.
- 2Pay-in setup. What the mode needs: for dividends, 1 to 11 payout tokens in the order rounds will pay them; for a fee split, 1 to 5 wallet addresses; for buyback and burn, nothing.
- 3Coin details. Name, ticker, description, image, optional links and an optional dev buy. The fields are listed below.
- 4Review and sign. Everything you entered, the full cost, and the Terms. Your wallet asks you to approve one transaction.
The fields
- Name, up to 32 bytes. Ticker, up to 10 bytes. Both are written into the coin's on-chain metadata and cannot be edited afterwards. Letters outside plain ASCII take more than one byte each.
- Description, up to 1000 characters. Shown on StonkFun, in wallets and on this site.
- Image: PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 5 MB. The type is read from the file's first bytes, not its name, so a renamed file or an SVG is refused. The image is pinned on IPFS together with a metadata JSON, and that link becomes the coin's on-chain URI. This site serves its own copy of the image, so coin pages never load an IPFS gateway.
- Website, X and Telegram, all optional. Each must be an https link.
- Dev buy, optional: an amount of SOL, up to 9 decimals, spent on the coin in the same transaction that creates it. See below.
- Advanced: your own metadata JSON. Instead of uploading an image, paste an https link to a metadata JSON you host, up to 200 bytes. The coin's image is then read from that JSON.
What happens when you sign
Your browser generates the coin's mint keypair, and the server builds one unsigned transaction and reserves a fee wallet for the coin. You sign in your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or any wallet that supports the Wallet Standard) and the wallet broadcasts it. The server never signs your transaction and never sees your keys. Once the transaction confirms, the server checks the pool on chain, records the coin, and watches StonkFun for up to 10 minutes until it lists the coin. Launching needs a wallet with SOL in it, and launches are limited to 5 per 10 minutes per connection, 3 per 10 minutes per wallet and 200 per hour across the site.
The dev buy
A dev buy is the pool's first trade, made inside the launch transaction, so nobody can trade before you. The coins land in your wallet. The pool's trading fee comes out of the dev-buy amount itself, not on top. The launch page estimates what you will get assuming a 2% fee, and the transaction refuses to go through if you would get more than 3% less than that estimate. StonkFun can switch dev buys off; the page says so when they are. A dev buy makes the transaction bigger; when it no longer fits, the page tells you which field to shorten, or to launch without one.
What it costs
Everything that leaves your wallet is shown on the launch page before you sign, and it adds up from these parts:
- Network fee: 2 signatures (yours and the new mint's), 0.00001 SOL in all. The launch sets no priority fee.
- Rent for the accounts the transaction creates: the mint account (it grows with your name, ticker and metadata link), the pool account and the pool's two vaults. Rent is Solana's deposit for keeping an account on chain. The rate is read from the cluster every time the launch page loads, which is why this page does not print a number.
- With a dev buy, also the rent for your own token account for the coin (it stays yours) and for the pool's creator fee vault, which the first buy opens. Plus the dev buy itself.
Before it builds anything, the server checks your balance: the total above, plus the minimum your wallet must keep to exist on chain, plus0.001 SOL of room for a priority fee your wallet may add on its own. If that is short, the page says what the wallet has, what it needs, and by how much it is short, and nothing is uploaded or reserved.
Locked forever. The fee mode, its payout tokens and their order, or its wallets, are set at launch and can never be changed: not by you, not by StonkStack. Check them on the review step before you sign.
3.How fees work
Every trade on StonkFun pays a pool fee, and StonkFun forwards the creator's share of it to the pool's creator account. On StonkStack that account is your coin's own fee wallet. Nothing is pooled between coins: one coin's fees can only ever go where that coin's creator chose.
What has been observed, and what is not promised
StonkFun's documentation does not say how often it forwards or how much. What StonkStack saw on 28 October 2026, reading other creators' coins on chain: every forward came from one sender (the address is under Transparency), forwards arrived at most about once a minute and only once a coin's share had passed a minimum, the smallest forward seen was 0.0493 SOL, and the forwards came to about 0.5% of the coin's SOL trading volume. A coin seemed to need roughly 10 SOL of volume before its first forward. All of that is observed, not guaranteed: StonkFun can change any of it at any time.
The split
StonkStack reads each coin's fee wallet every 5 minutes while the coin trades; a coin with no trades for a day is read every hour, one with none for a week every 6 hours, and any coin with fees waiting or a round in progress is read every pass. Each forward that arrives is split 32.5% to the platform and 67.5% to the coin's fee mode. Transaction costs come out of the platform's share: the network fees of the payout transactions, the slippage allowance on a swap, and any token account the fee wallet itself needs. If the platform's share of a round cannot cover its estimated costs, the round waits and the fees carry over. The one cost that is not paid from the platform's share is the rent for a holder's missing token account, described under Getting paid as a holder.
Rounds
A round is one sweep of a coin's fee wallet. Each round takes everything that has arrived since the last one, splits it, checks that the mode's share has reached the mode's minimum (listed under Fee modes), and then pays, splits or buys. Anything that cannot be paid out in a round, because of rounding or because a share was too small to send, carries into the next round of that coin. A payout counts as sent only once the network has finalized it. Only forwards from StonkFun's forwarder count as fees; anything else that lands in a fee wallet is ignored.
4.Fee modes
Dividends
The creator picks 1 to 11 payout tokens and puts them in order. Each round pays one token, moving down the list and wrapping to the start after the last one. Rounds that pay nothing do not move the order along. Holders are paid in proportion to how much of the coin they hold at the moment the round takes its snapshot. To be counted, a wallet must hold at least $20.00 of the coin at that moment, at StonkFun's price.
A dividends round pays only when all of these hold:
- The mode's share is at least 0.1 SOL.
- It is also at least $0.30 per holder who qualifies, so nobody is sent dust.
- At least one holder qualifies, and StonkFun's price for the coin and for SOL could be read. Without a price the round is blocked, never guessed.
When the token is a stock token, the round swaps the mode's share of SOL for it through Jupiter, with 1% slippage allowed, and is blocked if the quoted price impact is above 3%. Holders then receive their share of what the swap delivered. When the token is SOL, holders are paid SOL directly. The coin's own pool, its fee wallet, StonkStack's wallets and program-owned addresses are never counted as holders. A coin with more than 20,000 holders is blocked rather than paid from a partial list.
The tokens a creator can pick, by issuer:
- xStocks: TSLAX, NVDAX, SPYX, SPCXX, GOOGLX, APPLX, PLTRX, MSFTX. Issued by Backed. Issuer terms.
- PreStocks: OPENAI, NEURALINK. Issuer terms not verified.
- Native: SOL. Paid straight to the holder's wallet, no token account needed.
OPENAI and NEURALINK charge a 1% transfer fee on every transfer, set by their issuer, not by StonkStack. Holders receive what arrives after that fee.
Fee split
The creator lists 1 to 5 distinct wallets. Every round, each wallet receives the same share of the mode's SOL, once the mode's share is at least 0.01 SOL. A share that is below Solana's minimum balance for an empty wallet is held and added to that wallet's next share instead of being lost. StonkStack's own platform wallet cannot be a recipient.
Buyback and burn (the default)
Once the mode's share is at least 0.01 SOL, the round buys the coin with it through Jupiter on the coin's current market (Raydium LaunchLab while it is on the bonding curve, Raydium CPMM after it migrates) and burns every token it bought, in a transaction of its own. The buy is capped at 3% slippage. While a coin has finished its curve but has not yet migrated, nothing can be bought, so rounds wait. Buyback and burn is a mechanism, not a promise of any price.
5.Getting paid as a holder
Token accounts, in simple words
On Solana your wallet does not hold every token in one place. For each kind of token you own, your wallet has a small separate account for it, called a token account, and opening one costs a small deposit, the rent. SOL needs no such account, so SOL rounds pay every qualifying holder directly. A stock token round can only pay wallets that have a token account for that stock.
The Enable payouts button
Every dividends coin's page has an Enable payouts button. Connect the wallet that holds the coin, and it shows which of that coin's payout tokens your wallet has no account for yet, with the rent for each, read from the cluster at that moment. One transaction, which you sign and pay for, opens all the missing ones. The rent stays in the accounts, and the accounts belong to you. If an account is already there, it is skipped, so pressing the button twice costs nothing extra.
If you have not opened an account
You are still counted. When a round pays a stock token to a qualifying holder who has no account for it, the round opens the account for them and takes the rent out of that holder's payout for the round. If your share of the round is not more than the rent, you are skipped for that round, nothing is opened, and your share stays in the pot for the next round of that token. Opening your accounts yourself avoids this.
When you are skipped, and where the share goes
- You held less than $20.00 of the coin when the round took its snapshot.
- A stock round, and your share was not more than the rent for the account you were missing.
- A SOL round, your wallet is empty, and your share is below the minimum balance a wallet needs to exist on chain.
- Your account for that token was frozen by its issuer. The coin page shows this, and it cannot be fixed from here.
In every one of those cases the share is not taken by anyone: it stays in the coin's pot and goes into the next round. Nobody is topped up from it. Holding at least $20.00 of the coin and having your accounts open are the two things that keep you in every round.
6.Transparency
Everything StonkStack does with fees happens on chain and can be checked on Solscan. These are the platform's addresses, read from the server's settings (the platform wallet and the launch lookup table) and from the app's configuration (StonkFun's forwarder, the one sender whose transfers count as fees):
- Platform wallet
- EDWbWu7udUeZeH2KSBdM5QimKPRP6ZZNhGWhv7SKfgXsReceives the 32.5% platform share of every round, after that round's costs. It never holds fees before a round, and it is never counted as a holder.
- StonkFun's forwarder
- 5CEbueQnq1Ym2uSSx2xXds3jQAqT1BDnkA59RZobSPAGThe sender of every fee forward seen on 28 October 2026. StonkFun does not document it, so it is an observation. Only transfers from it count as fees.
- Launch lookup table
- 7pzF2ub3u5pQedjnbQ53NgpYuBaALhjcfhW9bDsvc4uKThe address lookup table every launch transaction loads its shared accounts from, created once by the platform wallet. It is checked against the expected accounts before every launch.
On a coin's page
- Creator account (fee wallet): the coin's fee wallet, in full, linked to Solscan. Every fee it receives and every payout it sends is in that account's history.
- Fee source: "Unverified" until the first forward from StonkFun's forwarder is recorded, then "Verified" with the date. Nothing pays out while it is unverified.
- Fees collected: each forward with its amount and a link to the transaction. Open one and check that the sender is the forwarder above.
- History: each closed round, what it paid or burned, and links to its transactions.
How to verify a payout
- 1Open the round. In the coin's History, find the round and open its transaction link, or links, on Solscan.
- 2Check the sender. The signer and the paying account should be the coin's fee wallet, shown under "Creator account" on the same page.
- 3Find your wallet. For a SOL round, your wallet appears as a receiver of SOL. For a stock round, your token account for that stock does, and the amount matches your share of what the swap delivered.
- 4Compare with the page. The round's SOL value on the page is the mode's share for that round, before the swap; the tokens actually received are what the transactions show.
7.Risks
- Tokenized stocks are third-party tokens, not shares. They are issued by their issuers, not by StonkStack, and carry those issuers' custody, redemption and legal risks. Issuers restrict who may hold their tokens, including by where you live, and can freeze accounts. You are responsible for checking whether you may hold them (xStocks terms).
- Payouts depend on volume and can be delayed, reduced or stopped. They come only from trading fees. No trading, no fees, no payouts. Rounds wait below their minimums, are blocked when a price or a swap cannot be read, and depend on StonkFun, Jupiter, Raydium, RPC providers and this site's own worker, any of which can fail.
- Memecoins can go to zero. Most lose all or nearly all of their value. You can lose everything you put in. Transactions are irreversible.
- StonkFun and other services can change. How fees are forwarded, how much, and whether a venue can be traded on are all outside StonkStack's control and were observed, not guaranteed.
- Buyback and burn supports no price. It is a mechanism that buys and burns; what the coin trades at afterwards is up to the market.
The Terms of Use cover all of this in full, and they apply to everything on this site. None of this is financial advice.
8.FAQ
- Why didn't I get paid?
- The most common reasons: the coin's fee source is still unverified, so nothing pays out yet; the round's pot is below the mode's minimum, so it is waiting; you held less than $20.00 of the coin at the snapshot; it was a stock round and your share did not cover the rent for an account you were missing; or your account for that token is frozen. Skipped shares carry into the next round. The coin's page shows the fee source, the pot that is waiting, and every closed round.
- Why is the fee source "unverified"?
- No forward from StonkFun's forwarder has been recorded for that coin yet. The worker reads the fee wallet every 5 minutes while the coin trades; a coin with no trades for a day is read every hour, one with none for a week every 6 hours, and any coin with fees waiting or a round in progress is read every pass, and the first forward it sees verifies the coin automatically; the page then shows the date. From what was observed, a new coin may need around 10 SOL of trading volume before StonkFun sends anything, and that is an observation, not a rule.
- Can the creator change the fee mode, the tokens or the wallets?
- No. They are set at launch and there is nothing on the site that changes them, for the creator or for StonkStack.
- Does StonkStack hold my wallet or my coins?
- No. You sign every transaction in your own wallet, and the server never sees your keys. StonkStack does operate each coin's fee wallet, the account StonkFun forwards the creator fees to, so that it can run the rounds.
- Is there a StonkStack token?
- $StonkStack is not launched. Anything claiming to be it is not it. The home page says when that changes.
- How often do rounds run?
- The worker reads each coin's fee wallet every 5 minutes while the coin trades; a coin with no trades for a day is read every hour, one with none for a week every 6 hours, and any coin with fees waiting or a round in progress is read every pass. A round pays only when the mode's share has reached its minimum: 0.1 SOL for dividends, 0.01 SOL for a fee split or buyback and burn, so a quiet coin can go a long time between rounds.
- Which wallets work?
- Any wallet that supports the Wallet Standard. Phantom and Solflare are detected when installed. There is no email login and no account: your wallet is your identity.
- Can I pair my coin with something other than SOL?
- No. Every coin launched here is paired with SOL, and the dividends mode only ever swaps from SOL.
- What happens to the leftovers of a round?
- Rounding dust, shares that were too small to send and shares of skipped holders all stay in the coin's pot and are added to the next round. Nobody keeps them.
- Why does a launch sometimes refuse to build?
- Because the wallet is short of SOL (the page says by how much), because the name, ticker or link makes the transaction too big with a dev buy, because StonkFun has paused launches or dev buys, or because the launch limits were hit: 5 per 10 minutes per connection, 3 per wallet, 200 per hour across the site.
